ACPL-32JT-000E

The ACPL-32JT-000E is a 1-channel 16-pin Gate Drive Optocoupler with integrated flyback controller for isolated DC-DC converter, IGBT de-saturation sensing and fault feedback, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with soft-shutdown and fault feedback and active miller current clamping. The fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance enables excellent timing control and efficiency. It is also suitable for traction power train inverter, power converter, battery charger, air-conditioner and oil pump motor drives in HEV and EV applications. Avago R²Coupler isolation products provide reinforced insulation and reliability that delivers safe signal isolation critical in high temperature industrial applications.
