ACPL-244-560E

The ACPL-244-560E is a 4-channel 16-pin surface-mount AC input half-pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler contains 2 light emitting diodes connected inversely parallel and optically coupled to 2 separate phototransistors. The input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3000VRMS. Response time (tr) is 2μs typically, while minimum CTR is 20% at input current of ±1mA. It is suitable for sequence controllers and signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.
