4N25-300E

4N25-300E is an optocoupler for general-purpose applications. It contains a light-emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-transistor. Applications include I/O interfaces for computers, system appliances, and measuring instruments, signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.

• Forward voltage is 1.2V typ at IF=10 mA, TA=25°C
• Reverse current is 10µA max at VR=4V, TA=25°C
• Terminal capacitance is 50pF typ at V=0, f=1kHz, TA=25°C
