MAX970ESD+

The MAX970ESD+ is a quad channel, micropower, ultra-low voltage rail ti rail I/O comparator in 14 pin SOIC package. It has a fully specified single-supply operation down to +1.6V. This device draw supply current less than 5µA per comparator and have open-drain outputs that can be pulled beyond VCC to 6V (max) above ground. In addition, rail to rail input common-mode voltage range makes these comparators suitable for ultra-low-voltage operation.

• 3µA quiescent supply current per comparator
• Open-drain outputs swing beyond VCC
• 10µs propagation delay (50mV overdrive)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
