MAX8216ESD+

The MAX8216ESD+ is a microprocessor voltage monitor in in 14 pin NSOIC package. This device contains five voltage comparators, four for monitoring +5V, -5V, +15V and -15V and the fifth for monitoring any desired voltage. The resistors required to monitor these voltages and provide comparator hysteresis are included on-chip. All comparators have open-drain outputs. This device consumes 250μA max supply current over temperature.

• Supply voltage range is 2.85V to 11V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• 4 dedicated comparators plus 1 auxiliary comparator
• 5V dedicated comparator has ±1.25% accuracy
• 15V, -15V, -5V dedicated comparators has ±1.5% accuracy
• Overvoltage/undervoltage detection or programmable delay using auxiliary comparator
• Internal 1.24V reference with ±1% initial accuracy
• Built-in hysteresis
