MAX4634EUB+

MAX4634EUB+ is a fast, low-voltage, 4-channel CMOS analogue multiplexer. This low-voltage multiplexer operates from a +1.8V to +5.5V single supply. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility with +5V operation. Applications include battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, sample-and-hold circuits, communications circuits.

• V+ to GND signal handling, TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
• On-resistance is 2.5ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA, VNO or VNC=0 to V+, single +5V supply
• On-resistance match between channels is 0.1ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA
• On-resistance flatness is 0.75ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, ICOM=10mA, VNO or VNC=0 to V+
• Positive supply current is 0.001µA typ at V+=5.5V, VIH=V+, VIL=0
• Off-isolation is -57dB typ at f=10MHz, CL=5pF, RL=50 ohm
• Crosstalk is -52dB typ at f=10MHz, CL=5pF, RL=50 ohm
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.018% typ at RL=600 ohm, 0.5Vp-p, f=20Hz to 20KHz
• 10 µMAX package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
