MAX4626EUK+T

MAX4626EUK+T is a low-on-resistance, low-voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analogue switch that operates from a +1.8V to +5.5V single supply. The MAX4626 is normally open (NO). This switch also features overcurrent protection to prevent device damage from short circuits and excessive loads. Applications include power routing, battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems, and hard drives.

• Overcurrent protection, TTL-logic compatible at +5V
• On-resistance is 0.35ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V, VNO or VNC=3.5V, ICOM=100mA
• On-resistance flatness is 0.05ohm typ at TA=+25°C, V+=4.5V; VCOM=0, 1V, 2V; ICOM=100mA
• Charge injection is 40pC typ at CL=1.0nF, VGEN=0, RGEN=0, TA=+25°C
• Off-isolation is -51dB typ at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, f=1MHz, TA=+25°C
• Turn-on time is 40ns typ at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• Turn-off time is 18ns typ at TA=+25°C, VNO or VNC=3V
• Positive supply current is 10µA max at V+=5.5V, VIN=0 or V+
• 5 SOT23-5 package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
