LTC4012IUF#PBF

LTC4012 is a constant-current/constant-voltage battery charger controller. It uses a synchronous quasi-constant frequency PWM control architecture that will not generate audible noise with ceramic bulk capacitors. Charge current is set by external resistors and can be monitored as an output voltage. With no built-in termination, this family charges a wide range of batteries under external control. This features a fully adjustable output voltage. Application includes notebook computers, portable instruments, and battery instruments.

• Analog charge current monitor, micropower shutdown
• Typical VFB input bias current is ±20nA (VFB = 1.2V, TA = 25°C)
• Typical output voltage is 5V (no load, TA = 25°C)
• 20-lead plastic QFN package
• Temperature rating range from 0°C to 85°C
