LT2178AIS8#PBF

LT2178AIS8#PBF is a dual channel, single supply, precision op-amp. It can be operated from a single supply (as low as one lithium cell or two NiCd batteries). The input range goes below ground. The all-NPN output stage swings to within a few millivolts of ground while sinking current. No power-consuming pull-down resistors are needed. It is used in applications such as battery- or solar-powered systems, portable instrumentation, remote sensor amplifiers, satellite circuitry, micropower sample-and-hold, thermocouple amplifiers, and micropower filters.

• Input offset current is 0.05nA typical at (VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V, TA = 25°C)

• Input noise voltage is 0.9μVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V)
• Common mode rejection ratio is 103dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 3.5V, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V)
• Slew rate is 0.025V/μs typical at ( AV = 1, CL = 10pF, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V)
• Gain bandwidth product is 60KHz typical at ( fO ≤ 5KHz, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V)
