DG508ADY+T

The DG508ADY+T is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. The device is a single 8 channel (1 of 8) multiplexer, this multiplexer will not latch-up if the power supply is turned off with the input signal still present. It has faster enable switching times and significantly lower leakage currents, consumes significantly less power, making it ideal for portable equipment. Typically used at control systems, data logging systems, aircraft heads-up displays, data-acquisition systems and signal routing.
