ADUM7702 is a high performance, second-order, sigma-delta modulator. It converts an analogue input signal to a high speed, single-bit data stream, with on-chip digital isolation based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. The pseudo differential input is ideally suited to shunt voltage monitoring in high voltage applications where galvanic isolation is required. The analogue input is continuously sampled by a high performance analogue modulator and converted to an ones density digital output stream with a data rate of upto 21MHz. It is approved by UL recognition 5700V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A, VDE Certificate of Conformity, DIN V VDE V 0884-10: VIORM = 1270VPEAK. It is widely used in application such as shunt current monitoring, AC motor controls, power and solar inverters, wind turbine inverters, analogue-to-digital and optoisolator replacement etc.

• Resolution is 16bits, no missing codes
• Full-scale analogue input voltage range is ±64mV

• High isolation common-mode transient immunity is 150kV/µs min at (VDD2 = 3.3V)
• Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 8-lead standard small outline package, with increased creepage [SOIC-IC]
