ADG1534BCPZ-REEL7 is a 1.8V logic-compatible quad SPDT switch. It contains four independent SPDT switches. An active-low EN input on the device is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are high impedance. The digital inputs, INx, are 1.8V logic-compatible and suitable for low-voltage logic controls. The ultra-low on resistance and on-resistance flatness of the switches make it an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. The construction ensures ultra-low power dissipation, making the device ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments. It is used in applications such as LDMOS power amplifier gate drive, GaN power amplifier gate drive, communication systems, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, and sample-and-hold systems.

• On resistance is 4.5 ohm typical at (source voltage (VS) = VSS to VDD, source current (IS) = -10mA)
• On-resistance flatness is 1.2 ohm typical at (VS = VSS to VDD, IS = -10mA)
• Charge injection is -12.5pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Off isolation is -58dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, frequency = 1MHz)
• Total harmonic distortion is -102dB typ at (RL = 10Kohm, VS = 5V p-p, frequency = 1KHz to 20KHz)
• 77MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Insertion loss is 0.26dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Positive supply current is 160µA typical at (VINx = 0 V or VDD)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 20-lead LFCSP
