ADA4622-2 is a single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistor (JFET) input opamps. The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources. The speed, in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the devices to drive the inputs of modern single ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to digital converters (ADCs). It is widely used in application such as high output impedance sensor interfaces, photodiode sensor interfaces, transimpedance amplifiers, ADC drivers, precision filters and signal conditioning etc.

• Wide gain bandwidth is 8MHz typ
• High slew rate is 23V/µs typical (low to high), −18 V/µs typical (high to low)
• Low input bias current is ±10pA maximum at TA = 25°C
• Low offset voltage is ±0.8mV maximum at TA = 25°C
• Low offset voltage drift is ±2µV/°C typical, ±15µV/°C maximum
• Input voltage range includes pin V−, CMRR is 81dB at (−40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +125°C)
• Electromagnetic interference rejection ratio (EMIRR) 90dB typical at f = 1000MHz and f = 2400MHz
• Industry-standard package and pinouts, voltage noise is 0.75µV p-p at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C, crosstalk is −112dB at (f=1kHz)
• Package style is 8-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-N]
