AD8066ARZ

AD8066ARZ is a high-performance, 145MHz FastFET™ op-amp. It is a voltage feedback amplifier with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. With a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 24V, the ability to operate on single supplies, and a bandwidth of 145MHz, the AD8066 is designed to work in a variety of applications. For added versatility, the amplifiers also contain rail-to-rail outputs. Applications include automotive driver assistance systems, photodiode preamps, filters, A/D drivers, level shifting buffering.

• Input offset current is 1pA typ at TA=25°C, VS=±5V, RL=1kohm
• Common-mode rejection ratio is -100dB typ at VCM=-1V to +1V, TA=25°C, VS=±5V, RL=1kohm
• Differential gain error is 0.02% at NTSC, G=+2, RL=150 ohm, TA=25°C, VS=±5V, RL=1kohm
• 8-lead SOIC-N package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
