AD5761 is a multiple range, 16bit, bipolar/unipolar, voltage output, digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). The integrated output amplifier and reference buffer provide a very easy-to-use, universal solution. It uses a serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 50MHz and is compatible with DSP and microcontroller interface standards. Double buffering allows the asynchronous updating of the DAC output. The input coding is user-selectable twos complement or straight binary. The asynchronous reset function resets all registers to their default state. The output range is user selectable, via the RA[2:0] bits in the control register. Typical applications are industrial automation, instrumentation, data acquisition, open-/closed-loop servo control, process control, programmable logic controllers.

• Reference input voltage (VREF) is 2.5V typical (±1% for specified performance)
• Power dissipation is 67.1mW (±11V operation, outputs unloaded)
• 16-lead TSSOP package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
