The middle and high voltage series capacitors from Walsin are X7R dielectric multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCC) that provide high stability and reliability. The middle and high voltage series MLCC are designed by a special internal electrode pattern which can reduce voltage concentrations by distributing voltage gradients throughout the entire capacitor. This special design also affords high capacitance values in a given case size and voltage rating. These MLCC capacitors are used as snubbers in high frequency power converters, high voltage coupling / DC blocking, DC to DC converters, back lighting inverters.

• Capacitance values ranges from 100pF to 1μF
• EIA 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, 1808, 1812 case sizes available
• Available voltage ratings are 200V, 250V, 500V, 630V, 1KV, 1.5KV, 2KV, 3KV
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C
• Available in ±10%, ±20% tolerance
• Chips size 1206 and larger to use on reflow soldering process only
• Capacitors may require protective surface coating to prevent external arcing
• Cu/Ni/Sn termination
