NCP3901FCCT1G is a NCP3901 dual input, single output power source multiplexer. It is optimized for multiplexing 2 different charging inputs to feed a single input battery charger Reverse USB on−the−go is fully supported. Typical application includes handheld devices, tablets, smart phone, and PDAs.
- 3ADC minimum current through power paths
- Reverse 5V OTG support through VINA path, maximum 20V over voltage threshold
- 28V absolute maximum voltage on VINA, indication of presence of second input
- Compliance with IEC61000−4−5 at 100V for VINA
- Autonomous priority selection and switch over lock
- 30ms minimum break−before−make time
- Operational supply range from 0 to 5.5V
- Operational output current is 3A (maximum)
- Thermal resistance junction to air is 60°C/W (typical)
- WLCSP28 package, junction temperature range from -40 to +125°C
