LCX200COM

LCX200COM is a package of LCX200 LCR meter with LCX-K106 advanced analysis option, LCX-K107 binning option, LCX-K108 extended bias option. LCX200 is a LCR meter that provides the full range of measurements to characterize resistors, capacitors and inductors, results are displayed in absolute, relative or average values. Because of logging capacities and faster measurements, LCX is more suitable in manufacturing applications.
