KB084 is a low odour, low bloom instant adhesive. Formulated for cosmetically critical applications, chlorosis (whitening/frosting) adjacent to bondlines, common with other cyanoacrylate adhesives is virtually eliminated. can be used as a post-assembly adhesive. The reduced odour improves worker comfort in use.
- Wicks between closely fitting substrates
- 5 - 50 second bond time
- Low viscosity - penetrating grade
- Will not attack low density foams such as expanded polystyrene
- Temperature range -50° - +70°C
- Clear cured product
- Jewellery assembly, various optical products, and general industrial manufacturing processes where odour/fumes are an issue
- Max gap fill - 0.05mm
- Pin in cap - to prevent bonding of top
