The PSR25-600-70 Softstarter is an accessory from ABB's PSR series and part of your motor-starting solution. A softstarter from ABB ensures motor reliability, improves installation efficiency and increases application productivity. The PSR softstarter series includes the most compact softstarters and thus enables the design of compact starting devices. The system concept, with motor protection switches and the PSR series products, provide a much more compact starting solution than, for example, a star-delta starter. Integrated bypass contactors reduce energy losses and simplify the connection, and set-up is child's play thanks to the restriction to just three potentiometers. The optimized ramp properties nevertheless ensure a very smooth start and stop under all operating conditions. PSR can handle up to 100 starts per hour. Suitable for small motors.
